Fresh Folger's coffee. Plump pillows, comfy bed, excellent cooling of room, fluffy towels, and clean. Oh and staff was very courteous and helpful.

We ordered a non smoking room and we were given a room that smelled horribly of smoke. Everything I took had to be washed because it smelled of cigarettes, even my hair smelled bad.

The hotel was absolutely great in the best part of town. The rooms were comfy and welcoming with a dropped ceiling. The property was right by the park, Louisville, and the expo in about 10 minutes thanks to its best possible location.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Shannon (I think) was fabulous!

It was a tad hard to find; especially the entrance to the hotel parking lot. The sign is small and set back from the road a bit. I missed it the first time.

I recently stayed at Days Inn in Louisville for a volleyball tournament with my granddaughter. The hotel is conveniently close to the Expo Center, making it easy for us to attend the event. The evening staff was exceptional, especially the friendly lady at the bar and front desk. She made our day even better and provided great customer service. We enjoyed having a bar and the option to take a glass of wine up to our room. Additionally, the breakfast offered was very good.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Had a VERY NICE stay for a 4-day business trip. The staff was really helpful. The location of the hotel was central, near the downtown area and Louisville and the airport. In the event that I travel that way again. I had a fantastic four-day business trip at Days Inn & Suites in Louisville. The staff was extremely helpful, and the hotel's location was very convenient, situated near downtown, Louisville, and the airport. Should I travel in that direction again, I will definitely consider staying here.
